Our Leadership Team

Joy Milkowski

Founding Partner

With a background in sales, marketing and business communications, Joy built a thriving marketing consulting practice in 2005. As a result of clients needing resources to execute the programs she was designing, she founded AMC in 2006. Prior to founding the company, Joy created innovative Google AdWords and social demand generation programs for tech and telecom clients nationally. Now, she caters to an exclusive group of clients on long-term engagements.

Brandon Larocque

Managing Partner

Before leading AMC’s service delivery teams, Brandon owned roles in product development, operations, and marketing in organizations of varying sizes a variety of industries. His combined business and technical backgrounds provide unique insights and value, especially to technology-heavy clients. Outside AMC, Brandon manages to ski, play ice hockey, drum for the rock band, Brockway, and spend time with his wife and 3 children, all of whom participate in competitive sports.

Mike Bohner

Creative Director

A Colorado native, Mike grew up playing hockey, spending an inordinate amount of time fixing his father’s consistently broken-down truck, and hurting himself in the name of skateboarding. After receiving his B.F.A. in Graphic Design from RMCAD in Denver, Mike spent time working on a variety of projects from packaging design for local businesses to complex user-interface layouts for global financial institutions. He joined Access in 2010, and continues to find pride in helping clients effectively communicate their brand and services to prospective customers.

Katherine Sirimarco


Katherine consults on new program development in the areas of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and emerging online demand generation strategies. Her primary focus is on the results and measurement of client marketing. Katherine's educational background is in engineering and mathematics – you could say she likes numbers but also has a flare for content and marketing automation and social media and anything else she researches. We like to call her the swiss army knife of marketing.
