Call for Account Manager Heroes
We are adding some badass relationship managers to our growing agency team. If you love developing deep connections with customers and setting crystal clear expectations for our marketing engagements, this might just be your dream job.
You are the glue that connects our clients with our delivery team through communication, expectations setting, relationship development and pitching in to create marketing excellence.
We are an agile team that is growing quickly, meaning there are many hats to be worn and plenty of opportunities to take on new responsibilities and challenges as you work with us. As part of the Access team, you will be able to put your people prowess and your expertise to great use across various clients, industries, audiences, and project types.

Qualification Musts
- Proven ability to prioritize multiple accounts at a time, without losing attention to detail
- Excellent listening, speaking and presentation abilities
Education / Experience
- 2-5 years of agency & account management experience
- B2B marketing experience and/or telecom background are a definite plus but not required.

Nitty Gritty Responsibilities
- Managing client relationships
- Conducting or participating in client calls with high value stakeholders and responding promptly to client communications
- Creating and maintaining detailed project documentation and participating in strategy planning
- Coordinating projects and campaign execution with Project Managers
- Coordinating with Project Managers and Marketing Strategists to ensure deliverables meet client expectations
- Maintaining organized client documentation and collaborating with project managers to ensure on time and on budget delivery
- Ensuring campaigns are fully launched by the team
- Assisting in performance reporting and monitoring basic campaign performance to highlight concerns to strategists.
- Collaborating with internal teams to implement marketing strategies
- Managing the client review/approval process
