With a background in sales, marketing and business communications, Joy built a thriving marketing consulting practice, creating innovative Google Ads and social demand generation programs for tech and telecom clients nationally (way before Google Ads was mainstream). To provide clients resources to execute the programs she was designing, she founded Access Marketing Company in 2006. Joy runs our growth and strategy teams and is engaged with select clients as Chief Marketing Executive.

Fun fact: Joy played Division 1 softball at the University of Kansas … go Jayhawks!

Before leading our operations team, Brandon owned numerous roles in product development, operations, and marketing in startup to enterprise organizations across various industries. He combines those decades of business and marketing experience to help our clients. Away from the office, Brandon manages to ski, drum for a 90s rock band, camp and hike in the Rocky Mountains and spend time with his wife and 3 daughters (a.k.a. his “estrogen army”).

Bet you didn’t know… Brandon used to design robots.

He’s a thrill seeker too. Brandon has gone skydiving several times; once over Key West.

Danielle is a senior strategist for brands that need clarity, momentum, and results. A seasoned marketer and former CMO, she specializes in positioning and messaging, demand gen, and building integrated marketing frameworks. She brings an energetic, hands-on approach to engagements and is known for aligning marketing and sales, building and leading strong teams, and helping complex organizations win.

Outside of work, you’ll find her as a boy mom supporting big adventures (even if she’d rather be at a museum), exploring great food with her partner, and championing American craft gin.

Amy has helped develop and market businesses in a variety of industries, including health care, consumer goods, event planning and telecommunications. She finds a geeky joy in keeping all the marketing “plates” spinning, coordinating the various pieces of a marketing program to help companies grow.

A hardworking farm girl and Colorado native, Amy loves Malbec and Sinatra, horseback riding, glamping, hacking up golf courses with her husband and girls and growing yummy things in the garden. The more spinning plates the better.

A seasoned strategist, leader and communicator, Beth’s goal is to keep a steady stream (ok, fire hose blast!) of new business and marketing challenges in front of her. She has worked with B2B and B2C companies in a wide variety of fields, including higher education.

Beth has been playing and coaching competitive indoor and beach volleyball for more years than she cares to admit. You’ll also find her and her husband hiking, canning and preserving their summer bounty, and volunteering their time at Camp Ondessonk, a Catholic youth camp nestled in the Shawnee National Forest in Southern IL.

Resourceful marketer, product manager and strategist who’s been making waves in telecom and cybersecurity for over 25 years – and he writes great copy. With a Rice MBA and a DU Master of Telecom, he’s thoughtful and sees the world through a results prism.

Leveraging technology to connect, build and optimize a user’s journey is what Correy thrives on. Whether it healthcare, retail, telecom or fast-food, his goal is to create personalized, relevant experiences that delight users and boost his clients’ bottom line.  

When it’s time to unplug, Correy takes to the skies as he travels the world. Although he’s not fluent in the local languages, the locals often appreciate his attempts to order a McDonald’s cheeseburger in every country he visits.

Mike is a designer, photographer and creative born in Denver and residing in Conifer, Colorado. In 20 years as a professional designer, he has worked in a variety of roles for clients stretching from Silicon Valley to Helsinki. Mike’s inquisitive nature has fostered his development of a wide skill set across the design world, including user interface and interaction design, video production, branding and design system implementation, product packaging and environmental design.

Mike enjoys creating by hand (he built a tiny house), competing in disc golf and eating burritos.

Toni is a seasoned project manager with more than a decade of marketing experience. Known for her attention to detail and focus on efficiency, she excels at collaborating with creative teams to guide projects from concept through completion. Toni holds a Bachelor of Arts in Corporate Communication and Marketing from Western Kentucky University and a Master of Public Administration from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling to Disney World with her husband and son, reading, and sipping iced coffee.

With over 20 years of experience driving growth for national telecommunications and technology brands, he helps teams transform insights into action. Tim’s approach blends systems thinking with hands-on execution — translating strategy into business results.

Based in Denver, Tim and his family enjoy travelling, exploring the outdoors, and experimenting in the kitchen. He holds a Master of Science in Integrated Marketing from Northwestern University (but almost went to culinary school!)

With a background in property and construction management, Nicole came to AMC with a proven track record of successfully managing projects from inception to completion. She has demonstrated exceptional leadership skills, cost-effective solutions, and timely project delivery while maintaining the highest standards of quality. Nicole holds a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing and World Religion from American Military University. 

As a military spouse, Nicole has mastered the art of juggling a successful career while dodging military curveballs like a pro. In her spare time she loves to spend time with her husband traveling.

Away from the office, Gabriel pursues two great passions: writing and music. He’s published two psychological thrillers. When he’s not working with clients or creating, you can usually find him exploring Toronto’s coffee shops and bookstores.

Kelsie’s been around the block at AMC, starting as an intern in 2017. She knows a thing or two because she’s seen a thing or two (wait … you’ve heard that before, right?). She worked on the copywriting team, in the billing department, and is currently an Account Manager.

Kelsie earned a Bachelor of Economics from the University of Northern Colorado. She and her husband have returned to Kansas after living in South Carolina. Outside of work Kelsie enjoys spending time with Andrew and their son, reading, crocheting, hot yoga, and cheering on the University of Kansas (Rock Chalk!).

Kelly has over 20 years of marketing experience in a variety of B2B and B2C industries that include real estate, mortgage, insurance and SaaS for human resources. She excels at keeping track of the finer details and orchestrating teams to provide clients with marketing results that help their companies grow.

Outside of work, Kelly is often with her spouse and two sons at events in downtown Augusta, GA, on road trips to Savannah or Charleston, hiking, or playing games at home together.

Crystal is an Account Manager with a well-rounded marketing background shaped by work across varied industries. Grounded in kindness and a people-first mindset, she brings a thoughtful, adaptable approach to building brands, supporting growth, and partnering closely with clients and the AMC team. She is known for clear communication, reliable execution, and collaborative partnerships.

Outside of work, she is a mother of three, fueled by good coffee and a love of pink.

As a former student athlete at BYU, Lindy learned how to perform under pressure, manage competing priorities and show up consistently. She brings that same discipline to AMC, where she works at the intersection of psychology, behavioral analysis and marketing strategy. Lindy uses tools like Culture Index to help strengthen client collaboration as she continues to grow as an aspiring account-based marketer.

Outside of work, Lindy is a professional softball player who enjoys line dancing, video games, singing, and playing piano.

In his leisure time, Justin loves summers on the beach with his family, autumn fires with friends, Philly sports, live music, tacos, and (lots of) good vinyl.

As a Project Manager at AMC, Becky thrives on keeping projects on track, ensuring every detail from planning to final delivery aligns with the overall strategy.

Starting her career as an agency traffic coordinator, Tracey came to AMC with almost 20 years of experience in agency account and project management for large financial clients on both the client and agency sides of advertising. A seasoned project manager, she excels in creative collaboration and keeping projects on time and on budget. Tracey holds a BBA in Advertising and Marketing from Baruch College in New York City.

A lifelong New Yorker (and Yankees fan), Tracey lives in the Bronx, New York with her husband and teenage son, spending her free time in pursuit of a great book and well-made iced coffee.

Aleyna is a Project Manager at AMC who takes strategy across the finish line, driving campaigns from kickoff to delivery. With a background in Entrepreneurship and Supply Chain Logistics, she streamlines processes, solves problems, and keeps complex projects moving with detail, clarity, and creative thinking.

Off the clock, this Colorado native and former collegiate volleyball player is found snowboarding, at hot yoga, on the lake, or traveling to her next adventure.

John is endlessly fascinated at the ways in which words, images, music and motion combine to communicate more profoundly together than separately. His passion for art and design has powered a 10-year design and videography career, with expertise in a variety of industries, including retail, wholesale, news media and the association world. John genuinely loves producing eye-catching content and helping companies communicate with their customers and clients more authentically.

John has lived and worked all over America and considers Colorado the best state in the U.S. (seriously, don’t bother with anywhere else).  His three goals in life are to read all the books, see all the art and pet all the animals. So far, he is nowhere close.

Born in Philadelphia and now based in New Jersey, Matt lives with his wife, two kids, and most importantly, his three cats. Outside the office, Matt can usually be found on a soccer field, “taste-testing” local breweries, or planning his next European food conquest.

Hailing from the land of 10,000 lakes, Rachel started her career where all great designers do: car wash manufacturing. It’s only been up from there. With over 10 years’ experience in a variety of different industries, she excels at taking designs to the next level and creating seamless layouts that resonate with the audience.

When not pushing pixels, Rachel can be found exploring Colorado or going on adventures with her family, friends and three dogs.

Holly brings over 15 years of design expertise to AMC, spanning healthcare, arts organizations, and corporate sectors, and has developed long-standing creative partnerships across multiple industries as well. While she’s done presentation decks, digital campaigns, medical illustrations, and brand management, she’s got a real talent for translating complex concepts into compelling visuals.

Based in Farmington, Maine, Holly works remotely from a historic farmhouse. In her off time,  she and her two children connect with the earth and practice mindful self-reflection in the Maine woods.

When Megan joined AMC fresh out of Grand Valley State University in Michigan, she was eager to roll up her sleeves and get involved. After working with organizations ranging from non-profits to scooter manufacturing, she’s been expertly sharing her graphic design skills with AMC clients.

In her “regular” life, Megan enjoys the beautiful Michigan landscapes. Nothing refreshes a creative brain like fresh air, crystal blue waters, and quiet beach towns … even in April when it’s STILL snowing.  In nicer weather, you can find her at the tennis courts or somewhere with some good live music.

Kate brings a multidisciplinary background to AMC, drawing from her work as a clinical mental health counselor and experience in collegiate athletics coaching. She focuses on clear, customer-centric content and helps teams translate complex ideas into language that’s useful, accurate, and easy to follow.

Outside of work, Kate enjoys being outdoors, from hiking the nearby Indiana Dunes to fishing or spending time with her dogs, Henry and Belle.

Ryan’s background in Division I softball, coupled with a solid foundation in Biology and Chemistry, gave her a keen sense of discipline and analytical precision. Now, her dedication (read: stubbornness) to solve problems and ensure accuracy makes her a linchpin in the implementation of tech-heavy marketing programs.

But it isn’t all data and analytics with her. Outside of work, you’re likely to find her deeply engrossed in a book – perhaps revisiting Middle Earth with Frodo and Sam for the umpteenth time – or eagerly planning her next trip to visit her two sisters.

Meet joins AMC with five years of marketing experience across global companies like JLL and startups such as Barn2Door in the Greater Seattle Area. His work spans paid search, paid social, display advertising, email, PR, and social media.

When he’s not working, you’ll find Meet cooking, traveling, or hanging out with family and friends. He’s also a die-hard sports fan who’s been loyal to LeBron James for 22 years – and brings that same passion and commitment to everything he does.

Sam is a Digital Advertising Manager with more than six years of experience driving measurable growth through paid media. With a sharp focus on PPC and ROI-driven strategy, he blends technical expertise with business insight to maximize ad spend efficiency for AMC clients. Sam holds a bachelor’s degree in computer science with a minor in mathematics from Salisbury University and has published research on storm inundation 3D mapping.

Based in Maryland, he enjoys camping, doing projects around the house, spending time with his family, and watching football and baseball.

Laura thrives on supporting Sales & Marketing teams by providing resources and processes to help grow their revenue. Born and raised in Kansas City, Laura loves to cheer on the Chiefs, go to concerts, collect rocks and time taking adventurous road trips with her husband and daughter.

Jen joined AMC to help us … okay, to manage us. Wrangle us. However that works. She comes by it naturally, having raised her two kids! She has volunteered at all of her kids’ schools and the parent boards, elementary through high school – serving as President for the elementary school, but much preferring the Treasurer role.

When not cracking the whip at AMC, Jen is spending time with her family, playing games or pickleball, working jigsaw puzzles and scrapbooking. And she joins some of the crew at AMC who like working out.

Barb’s years of non-marketing experience have helped her be one of the people who has kept AMC running for more than a decade. She’s a go-to for cleaning client lists, employee engagement and especially proofreading and editing. Accurate and organized, she’ll jump in wherever needed, always willing to try new things. Her range is wide because her standard is high.

Outside the office, Barb makes excellent jam, harvests pecans in her yard,  watches action movies with her rescue pup, Katie, and loves spending time with her niece — a smart, independent kid who knows exactly who she is.

Andrew is a software engineer who enjoys solving problems. Outside of work, you’ll usually find him golfing, lifting weights, or trying to squeeze in a workout between diaper changes. Faith plays a big role in how he approaches work and life, keeping him grounded and focused on doing things the right way.

He’s a new dad, learning as he goes and trying to balance building software with being present for what matters most.
