You are the glue that connects our clients with our delivery team through communication, expectations setting, relationship development and pitching in to create marketing excellence.
In this role, you will keep many plates spinning: serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, manage day-to-day relationships, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional marketing campaigns and solutions.
Our Account Managers handle multiple clients at a time, and your ability to quickly and elegantly pivot and adapt to a variety of situations and client requirements is critical. This position offers growth opportunities as you develop from handling foundational client management responsibilities to independently managing full-scale marketing programs and client relationships.

Qualification Musts

- Excellent listening, speaking and communication skills
- Strong organizational and presentation abilities.
- Inclination for being detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a learning mindset.
- Proficiency with documenting key information on clients, opportunities and expectations.
Education / Experience
- 2-5 years of agency & account management experience
- B2B marketing experience and/or telecom background are a definite plus but not required.

Nitty Gritty Responsibilities
- Oversee client relationships.
- Respond promptly to client communications
- Conduct or participate in client calls with high value stakeholders
- Create and maintain detailed project input documentation
- Coordinating with Project Managers and Marketing Strategists to ensure deliverables meet client expectations and campaign performance.
- Communicate budgets and timelines with clients
- Assist in performance reporting and participate in strategic planning.
- Collaborate with internal teams to implement marketing strategies, manage the client review process, and support project delivery within established timelines and budgets.

As part of the Access team, you will be able to put your people prowess and your expertise to great use across various clients, industries, audiences, and project types.

- Minimum of 5 years of agency & account management experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent training (professionals with marketing, sales or business training will be given preference)

Nitty Gritty Responsibilities
- Retain clients and revenue under management
- Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet and grow revenue targets
- Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer experience matters
- Forge and maintain strong relationships and trust with the client from the tactical to the decision maker level
- Understand the client goals and vision for their organization and align how we can complement or address their goals
- Interface with clients to continually understand their perception of quality and value.
- Communicate expectations to delivery teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
- Coordinate interfacing between clients and service delivery team
- Clearly communicate the progress of projects to internal and external stakeholders
- Prepare reports on account status
- Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
