Call for Account Manager Heroes
We are adding some badass relationship managers to our growing agency team. If you love developing deep connections with customers and setting crystal clear expectations for our marketing engagements, this might just be your dream job.
You are the glue that connects our clients with our delivery team through communication, expectations setting, relationship development and pitching in to create marketing excellence.
In this role, you will keep many plates spinning: serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, manage day-to-day relationships, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional marketing campaigns and solutions.
Our Account Managers handle multiple clients at a time, and your ability to quickly and elegantly pivot and adapt to a variety of situations and client requirements is critical. This position offers growth opportunities as you develop from handling foundational client management responsibilities to independently managing full-scale marketing programs and client relationships.
This role will be a fantastic fit if you can:

Qualification Musts
- Dynamic ability to manage multiple and changing prioritizes, without losing attention to detail
- Excellent listening, speaking and communication skills
- Strong organizational and presentation abilities.
- Inclination for being detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a learning mindset.
- Proficiency with documenting key information on clients, opportunities and expectations.
Education / Experience
- 2-5 years of agency & account management experience
- B2B marketing experience and/or telecom background are a definite plus but not required.

Nitty Gritty Responsibilities
- Oversee client relationships.
- Respond promptly to client communications
- Conduct or participate in client calls with high value stakeholders
- Create and maintain detailed project input documentation
- Coordinating with Project Managers and Marketing Strategists to ensure deliverables meet client expectations and campaign performance.
- Communicate budgets and timelines with clients
- Assist in performance reporting and participate in strategic planning.
- Collaborate with internal teams to implement marketing strategies, manage the client review process, and support project delivery within established timelines and budgets.
