You have a knack for diving deep into digital ads, figuring out what makes campaigns perform and finding ways to make them even better.  In your opinion, there is a right way to do things.  You want to own the whole chain from setting up campaigns in platforms to monitoring details, analyzing the data, adjusting settings, making approved optimizations and suggesting other improvements to ensure our clients see measurable results while constantly improving what our team delivers.

  • Responsibilities

    Campaign Management: Create and manage paid search, display, native, video campaigns across platforms such as Google/Bing Ads, StackAdapt, YouTube and programmatic channels. Monitor conversion performance metrics to ensure campaigns are meeting goals and KPIs.

    Ad Creative & Copy: Collaborate with the creative team to implement ad copy, visuals, and assets that align with client objectives. A/B test ad variations to improve click-through rates (CTR) and conversion rates (CVR).  You don't have to do the design; you make sure it works.

    Audience Targeting: Conduct audience research and develop targeting strategies to reach the most relevant and high-converting audiences. Leverage platform-specific tools to create audience segments and optimize delivery.

    Performance Reporting: Analyze campaign data and create insights and recommendations for client reports. Track ROI and provide actionable feedback for improvement.

    Budget Management: Manage ad budgets for multiple clients, ensuring optimal allocation and spending control. Identify opportunities to scale budgets based on campaign performance.

    Industry Trends: Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital advertising to continually improve our digital approach and results. Experiment with new ad formats and platforms to drive innovation for clients.

  • Requirements

    Technical Skills: Demonstrated effectiveness with platforms such as Google/Bing Ads, display advertising, native and programmatic.  Basic understanding of Google Analytics and performance tracking tools. Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis and visualization when needed.

    Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Clear/accurate communication, both written and verbal. Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

    Bonus Points: Copywriting for the web (e.g. conversion pages). A passion for digital marketing and eagerness to learn.  Candidates with chops in a variety of paid advertising channels will be given preference (e.g. Meta, LinkedIn, StackAdapt, YouTube, CVT/OTT, etc.). Experience with research and targeting tools like SEMrush.

  • Education & Experience

    Experience: 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, paid media, or a similar role.  Enterprise B2B brand experience preferred.  Agency background is a plus.
