The Work
The Marketing Content Creator develops clear, compelling marketing content across channels, turning strategic direction into well-crafted assets that support campaigns, digital programs and ongoing engagement. This role produces a wide range of content, from blogs and guides to ad copy, emails, social media, landing pages and sales collateral.
This role also plans and manages light content workflows such as calendars, outlines, and asset sequencing.

The Content Creator works closely with internal team members to ensure content is accurate, aligned, and delivered on time.

What You Will Do
Content Development & Writing
- Write clear, effective content across formats including blogs, guides, email copy, ad copy, landing pages, social media posts, sales collateral, scripts, and other promotional assets.
- Translate campaign strategies, messaging frameworks, and creative direction into content that is accurate, compelling, and channel-appropriate.
- Maintain brand voice, clarity, and consistency across all deliverables.
- Conduct light research as needed to produce well-informed content.
- Edit and refine existing content for clarity, tone, and accuracy.
Content Planning & Workflow Support
- Build and maintain content calendars to coordinate topics, formats, deadlines, and workflows.
- Create outlines, content plans, and asset sequencing for upcoming campaigns and initiatives.
- Coordinate with Strategists to confirm direction and ensure content supports the overall plan.
- Identify content gaps and propose ideas that align with strategy and campaign goals.
- Support PMs in ensuring deliverables move smoothly through reviews and approvals.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Strategists to align on key messages, target audiences, and campaign objectives.
- Partner with Designers to ensure content and creative assets work together cohesively.
- Collaborate with Digital to adapt or optimize content for performance across paid and organic channels.
- Provide AMs with content context or clarification — without owning the client relationship.
- Incorporate stakeholder feedback in a structured, efficient way.
AI-Enabled Content Production
- Use AI tools for brainstorming, outlining, drafting, repurposing, and variation development.
- Apply AI to accelerate production while maintaining content quality and accuracy.
- Use AI-assisted tools for optimization, including SEO considerations, readability improvements, and testing.
- Maintain responsibility for final output, ensuring human oversight and quality control.
- Share useful AI workflows, efficiencies, and insights with the broader team.
Quality Control & Review
- Ensure content meets the brief, is error-free, and aligns with brand and campaign requirements.
- QA copy across formats to ensure accuracy, clarity, and proper formatting.
- Maintain consistency of terminology, tone, and narrative structure across deliverables.
- Ensure revisions and updates are made fully and accurately based on consolidated feedback.

What You Bring
Must Haves
- Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills across multiple formats.
- Ability to translate strategic input into accurate, audience-appropriate content.
- Comfort writing for both long-form content and short-form promotional assets.
- Experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with AI writing tools and best practices for responsible use.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to self-edit effectively.
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience in an agency environment or multi-stakeholder creative workflow.
- Background in telecom, B2B, SaaS, or technology-driven marketing.
- Familiarity with AEO/SEO concepts or content performance principles.

Role Boundaries
This role does not:
- Develop overall marketing or campaign strategy (Strategists own strategic direction).
- Manage client relationships or communication flow (AMs own the relationship).
- Own creative design, layout, or visual production (Design owns visual execution).
- Own digital performance or optimization (Digital owns performance).
- Manage timelines, task workflows, or logistics (PMs own delivery).

Education & Experience
- 3–7+ years of experience in marketing writing or content development.
Full-time. This is not an entry-level role.
