The Work

We are a B2B agency with a strong focus in technology and telecom where you'll have the chance to contribute from hyper-focused tactics to omni-channel campaigns.

You will be the hands-on lead for executing projects that achieve a strategy or vision cast with our clients and Marketing Directors.

Core Responsibilities
  • Develop partnerships with clients based on blend of personal rapport expert guidance for each engagement.
  • Interpret/extract deliverables from provided marketing strategy/vision soliciting clarity when absent.
  • Execute client programs through the service delivery team via a mix of,
    • Project planning
    • Task scheduling
    • Resource selection & load balancing
    • Prioritization & negotiating trade-offs
    • Problem solving
    • Proactive communication
    • Exceptional follow up with all stakeholders
  • Coordinate interfaces between client and service delivery teams.
  • Manage change within projects and priorities.
  • Provide quantitative and qualitative visibility to company leadership on the health and progress of client projects under management.
  • Establish appropriate client expectations and communicate to delivery teams, ensuring timely and successful delivery of our programs according to customer needs, objectives and scope of work.
  • Prepare reports on project/service status & program results
  • Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
Key Characteristics
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple clients and client projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
  • Proven project management skills in planning, scheduling, resourcing, prioritization, communication and facilitation
  • Wrike Project Management software
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities
Education & Experience
  • Minimum of 4 years of agency marketing & project management experience
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent training (professionals with marketing or project management training will be given preference)

Full-time.  This is not an entry-level role.
